Returns & Refunds policy
Paper is a pleasure and we want you to enjoy your paper products as much as we enjoy creating them. However, things don't always go to plan and every now and again something might slip through the quality control that't just not up to the expected standard. If that's the case when you receive your item, please take a look at the details below in order to process a return.
Personalised and Bespoke Returns
Due to the nature of our personalised and bespoke products, we don't accept returns as a general rule. However, if there is something that you are not entirely happy with, please contact us at returns@lepetitpaper.co.uk within 30 days and we will do our best to resolve any issues there might be.
All other returns
Sometimes the item just isn’t quite finished to the expected standard, so all non-personalised and bespoke orders come with a 30 day return period. If you're not completely happy, please contact returns@lepetitpaper.co.uk and our customer service team can help process your return.
You will be reimbursed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods using the same means of payment as was used for the order.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The goods have not been used (i.e. a notebook that has already been written in)
The following goods cannot typically be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
